1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all shipments, deliveries, and transactions conducted through Ezi-Smart Solution.
1.2. Ezi-Smart Solution reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2.1. Absolutely no shipping of items banned in Jamaica, including but not limited to:

3.1. Ezi-Smart Solution operates on a strict NO CREDIT policy. All shipping fees, duties, and related charges must be paid in full before package release.
3.2. Payments must be made in the approved methods outlined by Ezi-Smart Solution (cash, bank transfer, online payment, etc.).
3.3. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in package storage fees or disposal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Ezi-Smart Solution is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
4.2. Once a package is in transit, Ezi-Smart Solution is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
4.3. Packages must be collected within 45 days after arrival. A storage fee of $100 per day will be applied for uncollected packages beyond this period.

5. Package Handling and Responsibility

5.1. Customers must check all packages upon collectionWe will not be responsible for any damaged packages that were not checked and reported within 24 hours.
5.2. We will work diligently to handle all issues regarding missing or damaged packages in a timely manner.

6. Customs and Duties

6.1. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by Jamaican authorities.
6.2. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from fake invoices submitted to customs.
6.3. Ezi-Smart Solution does not control customs processing times and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Service Termination

7.1. Ezi-Smart Solution reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms.
7.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activities, shipping prohibited items, or failing to comply with payment policies.
